Hawthorne Academy is one of two non-public school campuses owned by Valley High School and Learning Center, Inc and has been providing special educational services to the community since February of 1988.
 

For over thirty years, partners Ray Richard, Alan Eskot and their talented, dedicated staff of administrators, teachers, therapists, behavioral specialists and administrative assistants have combined decades of collective educational knowledge and experience in meeting the dynamic needs of the special education population. 

 

It is our mission to graduate or mainstream every student.  Working together, we will strive to create a positive, safe environment where all are respected. Here, students will gain a sense of self-worth and individuality through academic and behavioral achievement. We encourage our students to work hard and demonstrate the behavior and skills necessary to succeed both in school and life.
